Saturday May 7 Romsey!!

Felt tired after so much walking yesterday. We went to Winchester to drop Kirsten at the train station. After that Rog, Ros and I walked about Winchester. There was a lot of Morris dancing going on in the pedestrian areas. We walked around looking at some of the old areas, the old city wall, the Bishop's house, the famous Winchester Cathedral of course, and then we had scones, strawberry jam and clotted cream. Yummy, but not for my increasing waistline!! I was tired so we relaxed for the rest of the day.

Below : more dancers, these had huge sticks that they hit on the ground, and hit each other's sticks to the music. Fun!!
