Early morning walk. For my yoga colleagues: I witnessed laughter yoga authentically. About 6 men gather and laugh their heads off!! You can't help chuckle! Then, the 3 ladies, every morning, facing the sun, doing the longest oms I have heard! Then guys doing Kapalabati breath, and some doing oo ji ee breath ( spelling?? ) Many face the see, meditate in lotus. Lots just exercising, moving arms and legs!! It is lovely as it is cool, and the sea is a mill pond. Good start to the day. After the run, I did yoga practice, and took off for the school. Taught the young class, and after lunch, I taught the older class. We just managed words and actions!! No melody!!! Divided the big group into smaller groups to focus on detail. Worked well. The kids said goodbye and thank you at lunch, giving me thank you drawings, which I will show you.
The young kids above, moving
Teacher aide with me
Above the kids practiced a dance that will go in the show too.
Ravi with his artwork to thank me
Kids listened to music to relax
Lunch.....a healthy good meal for the kids...the best they will get each day. Big rice bowl, and also curried vegetables, two varieties.
The gathering, above of all the kids to say thank you
One student, one teacher.....the teenager, wore my crazy sun Tilley hat!!!!!
This guy couldn't be left out of the pic. Below a traffic jam. Big vehicle, blocked all the motor bikes, and bicycles, and auto rickshaws both ways. As pedestrians, we walked around it all.
