I woke ready at 5:45 AM for pills and yoga...alas, I'm in the UK. So I did my yoga practice for an hour, the one from the Ayurvedic Retreat. Felt good. This was a quiet day of reading, and chilling out at Ros's place. She was working. I am still recovering from jet lag, but it gets better day by day. Sorry no pics. I am making plans for the return to Edmonton on July 17 when this blog will finally end!! Thanks for checking in. The queen and Prince Phillip were here today for a royal wedding. We just read about it in the newspaper. The marriage took place at Romsey Cathedral.
