Trip to the bank today, but I walked for an hour this morning in the best time of day....very cool , and the only time to exercise, like Mumbai. Tired from the heat, so slept.
I did my yoga program, and own meditation, and spent time reading a Canadian crime novel. I went to the dining hall to read, and the staff teach me Tamil. Nandri is thank you, and Kalay Vanadium is hello. Not an easy language because I am a visual learner mainly. Went for sea air on Beach road, supper and that is it!
