Sunday. So grateful to have no yoga to let my body recover. Lots of sleeping during the day. Surin and I went shopping for ladies' silk scarves. He is a real negotiator, and saved me a lot of money. Locals think he is Indian, he's Canadian, and can't speak Hindi, as he speaks Tamil. It was a fun experience. Bought scarves and a shawl for my lady friends, and lady hosts!! Surin bought scarves for his lady friends. Then we went to the Honey Hut, and had fresh juices, and baking treats. Then off to buy some supplies, and I was invited for dinner with Harsh, Aru, the kids and Surin. Aru is a great Ayurvedic cook, and it was a delicious Indian meal. A seed ball for dessert was so unusual!! The kids are delightful. Surin babysits for them sometimes.
