Routine works! Had my cool morning hour's walk then shower and breakfast. Nothing much to report at all. Just read, and was very tired, slept, and even skipped the yoga. I did get out in the morning to the dentist close by, and had my teeth cleaned, and quite well for an excellent price. Paid my hotel bill, which was very reasonable. I sat and watched the sea of the Bay of Bengal, and that is all folks! Thanks for the check in! Hope your day was great.
