Quiet day here so far. I slept a lot, probably due to the altitude....we are over 6 000 feet up. Clouds rolled in, and the mountains would disappear from time to time. Much cooler today with very reduced visibility. At 2 pm, I met Rathi, my friend from Edmonton, introduced by my good friend Randi Gilmour. We went in her jeep and driver to find Dr. Sundara's clinic. He is at the mountain top clinic. Roads were closed so it took us at least an hour to drive around. The trip is usually 30 minutes from Tea Nest. Beautiful tour of lots of tea estates up in the mountains. Dr. Sundara is a very pleasant, gentle soul, and also a very qualified Ayurvedic doctor. We had to climb the last 10 minutes up to the top of the mountain. Dr. Sundara's wife is also an Ayurvedic doctor. They have two very young delightful energetic kids. We shared Ginger tea, sweetened with Jaggery, which is a healthy sweeter. After a nice visit, Dr. Sundara agreed to meet with me for consultation and treatments for the next four days. Hopefully I will have a better idea of nutrition custom made for my personal needs. All ingredients are likely to be available in Canada. Yoga and meditation is available at the clinic too. That is conclusion of the day.Mist is now everywhere....chilly night in store!!Thank you for sharing the day. Hope yours was good. I hope the squirrels don't dance on the roof as they were last night. I thought it was monkeys, as they are all around here, but apparently squirrels. I had no idea they could bounce around on the roof with such energy!!

Sun catching the red in the garden below the Nest.
Yellow flower caught my interest..
....and the big green pods.
Dr. Sundara's energetic daughter, and a family pic below. I am honoured to meet with them and Rathi.
