Walked to a temple area after breakfast and took pics. Then went along the road to find a new electric razor. I just need one to last me 5 weeks, and found one. The walking tires one, as it is so so humid and hot. Pondy is having winter now ( 30 C) and is hot : the two next seasons are hotter and hottest ( being 41C ) Even now, there are many many Indians who sleep on the street during the day, or lots of guys gathered in the shade, kind of half dozing. I returned to the AC and fan of the room, and read for most of the day.
I forgot to say that I met a pleasant lady of my age, and we went to dinner at a French restaurant. It was a pleasant evening. Food was good but not spectacular, and not expensive. Wine very very expensive. She is into Reiki and other modalities, and loves satang.From Montreal, she is interested in Indian spiritual energies but is leaving in a day or two.We had a great time.
