Great day of yoga and pranayama. Treatments were for relaxation. I did the oil bath relaxation massage. You have warm oil dripped and rubbed over you ( not face). The massage table has channels along the side so oil can drain. There are 40 herbs in the oil for skin to absorb. It is very relaxing. The two men look after you, regularly drain the oil from the table. When you turn over, you have to be careful as the table and you are very very slippery. When done, you are washed in warm water, and the green paste which removes the oil. Very relaxing, a first for me. Then in the afternoon I had the relaxation oil drip. It isn't really a massage but you have a blanket over you on the table, and oil is dripped onto your forehead. It is very relaxing: warm oil of course. I nearly went to sleep. The oil is dripped right to left. Soo relaxing. I am most fortunate. Afterwards, they put oil in your hair, and put a white bandana on you. You have to keep it on for two hours. The oil is good for you.
It was great to eat vegetarian food again, and not be on weight loss. I avoid rice, but it was good food. Met lots of new people here: from US, India, UK, Germany. I packed today, and prepared to leave by taxi tomorrow for Mumbai and the UK. Thanks for checking in.
