Arrived 6:45 AM this morning. Good flight but 2 3/4 hour delay. Lots of time waiting in airports. We left Mumbai at 2:20 AM!! Meal very poor. I got the National Express bus, and Ros and Rog met me at the bus terminal in Winchester, and drove me back to Romsey. Had a good time visiting with Ros, coping with jet lag, going for an hour walk. My stomach has shrunk, so I try to eat much less, and am trying to develop a spiritual practice of eating less, of stopping before I am full. Indians practise eating less, and Ayurveda recommends it. Rob skyped with Ros and I tonight, and I am off to bed soon. More flowers on the walk!! Beauty is a spiritual awareness issue for me. It is a rainy day in Romsey but roses are now out. Very tired and heading for bed.Thanks for checking in.
